Orders and documents
Capture requests, extract data and prepare records for validation.
Copying data between applications, chasing documents, checking spreadsheets and asking for updates by email takes time and makes it hard to know what is actually going on.
At systemctl we analyse that work and design a connected process: what information comes in, how it is checked, which tasks are carried out and who decides when an exception appears.
Fewer repetitive tasks and less duplicated data.
Statuses, incidents and pending items brought together in one process.
Clear permissions, owners, approvals and activity logs.
Capture requests, extract data and prepare records for validation.
Compare information across systems and organise the investigation of discrepancies.
Gather data and prepare proposals so the planner can review the decisions.
Guide tasks, record movements and connect work on the floor with the management system.
Prepare shipments, check statuses and coordinate incidents and partial deliveries.
Assign owners, gather evidence and keep the approval history.
Features and integrations are defined for each project, based on the data available and the rules of the operation.
The process adapts to your users, applications and validation criteria.
GLOS started as a custom development and evolved into a modular solution for inventory, planning, transport and deliveries. It brings together information from different systems and lets teams manage discrepancies, requests and decisions with context.
It shows how we approach business management: connecting information with the work each team needs to do.
Schematic representation, not a product screenshot.
We review tasks, people, systems, workload and exceptions. We identify where manual work is concentrated and what information each step needs.
We define the flow, integrations, AI functions and controls. Together we agree what gets automated, what gets reviewed and how results will be measured.
We build a useful first phase, test the end-to-end journeys and support the team through go-live.
Depending on the agreed service, we monitor runs, errors and integrations and adjust the solution as the operation changes. We compare results with the starting point to decide what to expand.
